Russell D'Costa

Russell D'Costa is the President of Oceania Gymnastics Union.

Russell joined in 2024, bringing to OGU extensive experience as President, Chair and CEO in the sport and recreation, health and medical, education and disability sectors.

Russell has made significant contribution to Life Ed Australia, currently as CEO, empowering children to make safer and healthier choices to live happier lives.

Russell is passionate about influencing positive change through developing and educating future generations through all his work and volunteering.

As a previous athlete and coach, Russell draws on his experience in sport development and education in Australia, the UK and Oceania. In addition to his experience working with high-performance athletes across the Beijing, Rio and London Olympic Games.
