Kim Richardson is an experienced Project Manager at the Oceania Gymnastics Union, with a extensive background in the sport of gymnastics. With over 14 years of experience working with both state and national gymnastics organisations, Kim has developed a deep understanding of the dynamics of sport and event management.


In addition to their role at the Oceania Gymnastics Union, Kim's a current gymnastics coach and has previously served as a judge, further enriching their expertise in the gymnastics world. They have had the opportunity to work on high-performance initiatives in collaboration with two other National Sporting Organisations, enhancing their skill set in sport development.


A standout achievement in their career includes being part of the organising committee for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, where Kim played an integral role in the successful execution of this major sporting event. Their diverse experience in high-performance sport, event coordination, and organisational leadership has made them a valuable contributor to the broader sport community.


Kim is passionate about advancing the sport of gymnastics and continues to contribute to its development at all levels of the sport.
