Registrations open for 2027 Acrobatic Gymnastics Continental Training Camp
Registrations are now open for the 2027 OGU Acrobatic Gymnastics Continental Training Camp, taking place from 10–14 January 2027 at Robertson Gymnastics Academy in Brisbane, Australia.
The camp will bring together Acrobatic Gymnastics athletes and coaches for four days of technical training, education and development, with sessions delivered by experienced international coaches and presenters.
Participants will have the opportunity to train with Daniel Cook, Yuriy Stepchenko and Debbs van Hagen, who bring extensive experience in international competition, coaching, judging and athlete development.
Daniel Cook is a former Great Britain national team gymnast, British Champion, World Cup Champion and World Championship silver medallist. Following his competitive career, he coached at Heathrow Gymnastics Club for nine years and has since worked with gymnasts and coaches in 15 countries.
Yuriy Stepchenko is a multiple World and European Acrobatic Gymnastics Champion and Co-Founder and Director of Robertson Gymnastics. His experience includes serving as the inaugural President of the FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics Technical Committee, an international judge and a FIG Academy presenter.
Debbs van Hagen is the Technical Director of Gymnastics Australia's Acrobatic Gymnastics National Commission, an international judge and experienced coach. She has represented Australia at World Championships and World Cup events.
The camp will feature two to three daily training sessions, alongside athlete and coach education sessions covering technical development, performance, wellbeing and other areas of athlete preparation.

The camp is open to athletes in the following categories:
Pre-Youth
Youth
Junior
Senior
All partnership types are welcome, including Men's, Women's and Mixed Pairs, Trios and Fours.
Coaches at all levels are encouraged to participate, with opportunities for both experienced and emerging coaches to develop their knowledge and skills.
Professional development opportunities for judges are also being developed.

Packages include technical training, education sessions, an athlete performance profile report, camp handbook and camp shirt. Residential packages also include accommodation, meals and scheduled airport transfers.
Flights are not included in registration fees.
Registrations and full payment must be completed by 10 December 2026.
