International expertise headlines 2026 Rhythmic Gymnastics Continental Training Camp
Rhythmic gymnasts and coaches from across Oceania will have the opportunity to learn from leading international coach Špela Dragaš and Italian international gymnast Tara Dragaš at the 2026 Oceania Gymnastics Union Rhythmic Gymnastics Continental Training Camp.
Entries are now open for the five-day camp, which will be held from 7–11 December 2026 at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor, Victoria.
Špela brings extensive international coaching experience to the camp, having coached athletes at the highest levels of Rhythmic Gymnastics, including Olympic Games and World Championships competition.
She will be joined by her daughter Tara, one of Italy's leading Rhythmic gymnasts and a current World Championships finalist.
Tara finished fourth in the Ball final at the 2026 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in Frankfurt and has collected a number of medals on the international circuit. She also has a Rhythmic Gymnastics element officially bearing her name.
Together, Špela and Tara will provide Oceania athletes and coaches with a unique opportunity to learn from both the coaching and athlete perspectives at the international level.
The camp will combine technical training with athlete development and education sessions, with participants training alongside gymnasts from across the Oceania region.
The program will include technical training, athlete education and development, recovery and athlete testing and screening.
Who can attend? The camp is open to:
Level 10 and Level 9: 14 years and above
Sub-Junior: 10–11 years
Pre-Junior: 12–13 years
Junior: 14–15 years
Senior: 16+ years
Coaches of all levels are encouraged to attend. Coaches with athletes participating in the camp will be integrated into the program and technical sessions, while emerging coaches can attend as observers with a focus on professional development and learning.
Coaches from Oceania Member Federations are also encouraged to attend, with opportunities to observe training, share knowledge and develop their coaching practice throughout the camp.

Residential packages include camp registration, access to technical training and education and development sessions, an athlete performance profile, camp handbook, camp shirt, three meals per day, accommodation and airport transfers. Non-residential packages include camp registration, access to training and education sessions, an athlete performance profile, camp handbook, camp shirt and daily lunches.
Flights are not included in registration fees and must be booked separately by participants.
